Dean has worked in Financial Services since 1990 and has known Sam and Vicki from their time working together in the Southampton Area.

Dean lives in Hampshire and is married with three daughters.

Coco is our much loved Office Security Manager.
Coco is 3 years old and lives in Ringwood with her family.
When Coco is not guarding Sandpiper HQ, she enjoys long walks on the beach and is partial to a dog treat or two!
So why call it Sandpiper?
Why are we called Sandpiper Mortgages? Well, Sandpiper was the name of Sam's first property in Farlington, a two bedroom flat for which she scraped up the deposit by having a full-time job, an evening job and a Saturday job. Purchased for £40,000 (it was the 90’s) and sold for £70,000 this set her up for a move to a little two up and two down in Southsea so she could be by the sea… or was it the pubs?
Sam's had three proper “grown up” jobs, one in engineering (where she regularly held the drawings upside down to read), one selling tea for the best tea company in the world (Twinings) and finally Abbey National/Abbey/Santander where she spent 14 very happy years advising on pensions, investments and mortgages. However, mortgages have always been her favourite financial service, as buying a house is so much more than a financial investment, it’s the cornerstone of a happy home life. Having the best mortgage for you and your family is where it all starts.
