Mortgages don’t need to be scary, complicated or technical, they just need to be the right one for you.

We know that 99% of people think mortgages are boring, but we love them! A mortgage is probably the biggest financial commitment you are ever likely to make, so that’s why you need to understand what you’re signing up for and get it right first time. Here at Sandpiper we have access to a comprehensive panel of lenders and can sift through the jargon and deals to find your perfect match.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
We charge fees between £250.00 and £995.00 dependent on complexity and Mortgage type.

What type of mortgage do you require?

Residential Mortgages

What does your dream home look like?
Is it a Castle? A view of the Beach? Or just an annex for your Mum? Here at Sandpiper mortgages we make life simple. We meet at a time to suit you, as we understand that, if you require a mortgage, you’ll be working hard. We will deal with the lender, solicitor, accountant and estate agent on your behalf.

We will update you regularly and try to make the whole process as smooth as possible whilst you get on with life.

Buy to Let

Don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket?
Prefer bricks and mortar? Then a Buy to Let mortgage may be the way to go. These are different to residential mortgages and have different tax implications. The best way to go is to speak to an expert like ourselves. We can advise you on the various options and simplify the process.

Please note that Sandpiper Mortgages does not offer advice on taxation matters, you should contact your accountant or other suitably qualified person to confirm whether this product is appropriate for your circumstances.

First Time Buyers

Are you fed up with renting?
We love to deal with First Time Buyers and thrive on helping you find your first home and understand the process and jargon you will come up against. Ultimately, we want you to move in with all the knowledge and security that you will need to live your life in your new home no matter what happens along the way.

Re-Mortgage

Have you checked your mortgage rate lately?
We know that the job of moving your Mortgage is not one that you look forward to and your Lender recognises this with their Standard Variable Rates. We, on the other hand, love to re-mortgage and find you the perfect deal whether that be rate, term, flexibility, or anything else that is important to you. Let us take away the hassle and deal with it all for you!

New Purchases

Found your dream home?
Do you need to work from home now and need an extra room for an office? Are you keen to get closer to the school of your choice? Is your family growing and you need another bedroom? Do you just fancy a change?

If this is you, then contact us to see how we can help you put your plans into action.
